Effective January 1, 2012, the City’s Development Impact Fees will increase by 3.25% in accordance with San Francisco Planning Code Article 4, Section 409(b). Development Impact Fees are adjusted annually by the Controller’s Office and are based on Annual Infrastructure Construction Cost Inflation Estimates. Please refer to the Department of Building Inspection’s website (http://sfdbi.org/index.aspx?page=617) for the Citywide Development Impact Fee Register for all Development Impact Fees and amounts by fee type.
