ELECTION OF OFFICERS: In accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the of the Historic Preservation Commission, Article II, Section 1, the President and Vice President of the Commission shall be elected at the first Regular Meeting of the Commission of each year, or at a subsequent meeting, the date which shall be fixed by the Commission at the first Regular Meeting in January each year.
