THE COMMENT PERIOD HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO MONDAY JULY 27, 2015.

  • GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY: Please click HERE for a copy of the Notice of Public Hearing and Availability of a Draft Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) on the Golden State Warriors Event Center and Mixed-Use Development at Mission Bay Blocks 29-32. A public hearing before the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure Commission, the lead agency, will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2015 at 1 p.m. or later at San Francisco City Hall to accept comments on the Draft SEIR. Public comments on the Draft SEIR will be accepted from June 5, 2015 through July 27, 2015. See the Notice of Availability for instructions on how to submit comments. See below for a link to get a copy of the Draft SEIR.
  • DRAFT SUBSEQUENT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT ON THE EVENT CENTER AND MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT AT MISSION BAY BLOCKS 29-32: Please click on the following links for a copy of the Draft Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) on the Golden State Warriors Event Center and Mixed-Use Development. Volume 1. Volume 2. Volume 3. The Draft SEIR has been prepared in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, as required by the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure, the lead agency. The Draft SEIR provides a description of the proposed project at Mission Bay Blocks 29-32, an analysis of the environmental impacts of the project, identification of mitigation measures that would lessen the impacts, and a comparison of alternatives to the project. This document is being circulated to governmental agencies and interested organizations and individuals that may wish to review and comment on the document. A Final SEIR will be prepared that responds to all timely comments received on the Draft SEIR. If the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure Commission finds that the Final SEIR complies with the California Environmental Quality Act, it will certify the Final SEIR. The Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure Commission will then consider the information in the certified Final SEIR in taking approval actions on the project, including, among other actions, approvals of a new Major Phase for Blocks 29-32, approvals of the Combined Basic Concept and Schematic Designs for the project, amendments to the Mission Bay South Design for Development, and conditions of approval.
  • ADMINISTRATIVE RECORD ON THE GOLDEN STATE WARRIORS EVENT CENTER AND MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT AT MISSION BAY BLOCKS 29-32: Please click HERE to access the administrative record that contains the Draft Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) on the Event Center and Mixed-Use Development at Mission Bay Blocks 29-32 and all documents related to, or relied on in the preparation of the Draft SEIR. The Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure has prepared this administrative record for the proposed project and associated California Environmental Quality Act review process in accordance with the Jobs and Economic Improvement through Environmental Leadership Act (AB 900). Governor Jerry Brown certified the proposed project as an environmental leadership development project under this Act on April 30, 2015, and on May 27, 2015, the Joint Legislative Budget Committee concurred on this certification. Therefore, this project is eligible for streamlined judicial review. The public can access at this link all documents related to the proposed project that the Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure prepares or that the applicant, the Golden State Warriors, submits to the lead agency after the date of the release of the Draft SEIR. The Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure encourages that written comments on the Draft SEIR be submitted in a readily accessible electronic format, so that it can make any comments available to the public on this website.
