After several years of analysis and community process, the adoption phase of the Eastern Neighborhoods (EN) Program is now concluded. The Eastern Neighborhoods Area Plans and accompanying Planning Code, Zoning Map and Administrative Code changes have been adopted by the Board of Supervisors and signed by the Mayor. The new legislation becomes effective 30 days after it was signed - on January 19, 2009.
Next steps, include organizing the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC), making necessary updates to our parcel database and internal information systems, and implementation. Please continue to check the web as information and updates will be posted as they become available, and feel free to contact us if you have questions.
